We’re Makana and Arturo, two creatives raised in entrepreneurial families. We grew up watching our parents build businesses with hard work and heart. But over time, we saw many of those businesses struggle—not because they lacked quality or experience, but because they couldn’t keep up with the digital age. 

 

They had something powerful: a real story. But no one was helping them tell it. 

 

We started by helping our own families — building their digital presence, creating content, and giving their story a voice. That experience opened our eyes: there are so many small and family-run businesses out there with years of legacy, yet no clear way to connect with today’s digital audience. 

 

At the same time, we saw a second gap. 

Inside universities, there’s an ocean of young talent — students with creativity, skills, and drive — but very few real-world opportunities to apply what they’re learning, gain experience, or earn income while studying. 

 

That’s when Krea Marketing was born.

We help small and family-run businesses step confidently into the digital world — with tailored strategies, content, and branding that feel authentic. 

We don’t just market products.

And we do it by giving university students a chance to shine. At Krea, students gain real experience, work on real projects, and earn income that supports their education — all while developing skills that truly matter.

In Spanish, the word “crea” means to imagine, to innovate, to build, to create. 

 

When we were searching for a name that truly reflected our vision, we kept coming back to that one simple word. It perfectly captured who we are — a team that brings stories to life, side by side with students eager to learn, grow, and tell those stories in a way that captivates. 

 

At Krea, we believe that when you combine the experience and legacy of long-standing businesses with the creativity, energy, and perspective of young talent, you don’t just create marketing — you create stories that matter. 

 

And why the “K”? 

Honestly… we just thought it looked cooler. 

But it stuck — and now it’s part of our own story.
